I'm not much for lying
but lately, it's seems as though it's my only option.
They want to trust me
but they have never got the chance to.
I've done everything right
with little mistake.
What more do they ask for?
Do they intend on taking my entire childhood
away from me?
I would like for them to trust me
for I would never purposely let them down
but now I find myself sneaking off
into the dark
just to live a little more
than I do
when I'm at home.

My life as a child is quickly coming to a close.
Where have the days gone?
The hours quickly pass fluidly
rapidly
all before my eyes.
I try to hold onto as much of this life as possible,
though it all seems to slip through my fingers
back into the life sea.
Shall I lay my body back into my day's time?
Allowing myself to flow into whatever path laid for me?
Or should I continue trudging against the current?
Afraid laying back will only lead to drowning?
I'm afraid I'm unaware of my body's next move,
but I close my eyes
and hope
that I make the right decision.

Well, thank you for welcoming me! I really do appreciate it. I just put some of my older work up now, but if you wait a bit, by the end of this week, I will have put up some more of my recent work. I'm really into anime, though I haven't put those pieces up quite yet!
